A GIFT OF LOVE TO THE GIFT OF LOVE

A dearly beloved once had a beautiful notebook he just got. Unfortunately I shared in the love for the notebook and asked to be gifted with it. It was not so easy because he liked the book just as much but later on, I had my wish; how elated I was! It felt like I had the perfect words to write on its pages and I could not wait to get started.
Years after I am yet to find the perfect words. It was a gift of love and no words seemed perfect. Still carefully wrapped and delicately kept, I realized it was not so much about the gift as it was about the giver and how much it took to part with it. Writing on its pages suddenly felt like scarring loved ones...the gift and the giver, so I would rather cherish it for as long as I get the words that will be worth it...I hope it does not turn out to be a child's scribble 😂

This I believe is how we are to Jesus. We are a gift of love from God the Father to God the Son (John10:29, John17:6). God the Father loved us so much that when he handed us to God the Son he said "Protect them with your life" and this command was literally obeyed. He won't have anything or anyone touch us or pluck us out of his hands. What a love!
God the Son (Jesus) is the good shepherd and as many as are his sheep; hear his voice, obey him and follow him. Jesus is not asking for too much other than for us to hear, obey and follow him, every other thing we will ever need is his to provide not ours to worry about (Matthew 6:33). He is responsible for us not only because he  also shares the Father's love for us but more essentially because he loves the Father and the Father loves him

"Father, I desire that they also whom You have entrusted to Me [as Your gift to Me] may be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory, which You have given Me [Your love gift to Me]; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world." [John17:24: AMP]

This explains why God is so jealous over us. You may want to ask... What determines who God chooses to join the fold?  The aswer is simply Grace and our Faith  in the Grace made available only in Christ Jesus.

"For it is by free grace (God’s unmerited favor) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God" [Ephesians2:8: AMP]

This brings me to The Gift of Love.
"For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life." [John 3:16: AMP].

The scriptures already affirms that the Grace has appeared unto all men...which means it is available for you!
The other part that completes the most potent love equation is your Faith in Christ Jesus (The gift of love to the world) who went to the cross to prove his love for you!. He will have you carefully wrapped in his love and delicately kept until the perfect day when he can present you again to the Father... Blameless. You are worth more than any worth you can think of placing on yourself.

You are A GIFT OF LOVE TO THE GIFT OF LOVE.
If by any means you have obeyed the voice of a stranger and  walked in the path of another other than the lover of your soul. The Grace is still available to find, save and keep you. Turn from your ways, make a decision for Jesus through Faith and you can be sure you are a new creation! JESUS LOVES YOU FROM HERE TO ETERNITY .Shalom! #BeHimspired
