ONE DEATH...TOO MANY

The dawn ushered in with it the wails and screams of an agonizing mother.
Oh death! Why must you make your victim into the perpetrator of his own murder
17, young and promising, but alas! A failed step on his stairs to greatness became the straw that broke his back
The morning broke, still beautiful with the rising of the sun but tainted with a mother's agony, wishing to her her son could race back
One death too many, the graves are full already!

The streets became deserted for the teenage sun that set  in the morning
Deserted by love. Rejected and depressed, she made sure to spread the mourning
She thought she was ending it all by  becoming a willful captive in the grips of death
A promising star has fallen! One whose brightness graced the surface of the earth
One death too many, the graves are full already!

The faces on the currency notes are of those who at a point in their lives had not a coin to boast
Times and seasons are bound to change. On dry land are those who on the turbulent seas  could steady their boats
A sad news indeed that a 6ft 2", several packs of active muscles went into a self imposed rigor mortis
Shipwrecked by the storms of lack, he lost control of reason. His heart became sick and his thoughts morbid
One death too many, the graves are full already!

It is high time we stopped dying and started looking for ways to live!
Enough of waking up to suicide corpes and a nation filled with grief
Though the sufferings of now can bring agonizing pains but the right decision should never be to die
Once, the sun has set... but yet again the sun will rise!

Depression is real but even more so is the power that is capable of saving from its grip!
